Important Course Information

The next intake will start on May 31st 2026 and will run for 8 weeks. **Early Bird Promo (until 15 May): Sign-up with the promo code RHPMAY2026 to enjoy $20 off! (Please note you do not need your own saber to sign up. Include 1x saber which will be given to you at a later date.) Classes are on Sundays, 6.15pm to 7.45pm, at the National Stadium 100PLUS Promenade, Gate 18. The Apprentice Intake is open to participants aged 15 and up. We reserve the right to refund any course purchases should that criteria not be met or should we have safety concerns for other participants. Please come dressed in comfortable workout attire and proper footwear -- no flip flops or sandals allowed. Bring your own water. Sabers and gloves will be provided if you do not have your own.
