March Intake 2025

Important Course Information

The next intake will start on March 2nd 2025 and will run for 8 weeks. (Please note you do not need your own saber to sign up, we will provide sabers for you or you may buy your own at a later date) Classes are on Sundays, 6.15pm to 7.45pm, at the National Stadium 100PLUS Promenade, Gate 18. The Apprentice Intake is open to participants aged 15 and up. We reserve the right to refund any course purchases should that criteria not be met or should we have safety concerns for other participants. Please come dressed in comfortable workout attire and proper footwear -- no flip flops or sandals allowed. Bring your own water. Sabers and gloves will be provided if you do not have your own.
